The HEC Executive MBA Program will organize a workshop on "Evolution of HR Management" in Shanghai. On this occasion. This workshop is intended as a general overview of the Human Resources Management (HRM) field with a focus on the creation and development of competitive advantage. The main perspective adopted in this workshop is the argument in favour of a strategic role of HRM in the context of change as experienced by the Chinese companies in the last two decades.
