I, On behalf the Education and Training Center for Officials and entrepreneurs for SASAC, appreciate all persons who participated in preparing the publication of this 8th Newsletter for participants.

The experiences in the 30 years reform and opening up have proved that the introduction of advanced management concepts and technologies had rapidly improved the management level of Chinese companies, and greatly droved China's economic development. In fact, the only option on the way to improve and innovate management is to press forward. To achieve this goal, we need an excellent teaching and management team, and more importantly, the elite participants who are good at learning, thinking and practicing.

During introducing HEC Paris Executive EMBA project, we find that China needs more advanced management talents to drive the development of the economy. So, enterprises need to comply with international practice in training talents. This is an important measure to train talents for Chinese companies. HEC Executive Education has ranked the first for successive three years in Europe, fully demonstrating its leading-edge in business management. I am pleased to see that our projects run well into maturity, and become more and more influential.

The Newsletter  is a platform for all SASAC-HEC EMBA participants, professors and staff to communicate, learn and exchange information, and will also witness our study and improvement.

I expect all participants and project executives to support and participate in preparing the Newsletter, and to share studying experience to make the Newsletter an interesting and impressive publication.
