Golf is booming with a rapid development, this healthy sport is gradually being adopted into the business environment in China. Its elegant style, networking-friendly and other prominent advantages are increasingly being recognized by the majority of entrepreneurs. In order to promote the communication and cooperation between Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris and the world-renowned enterprises in China, and to increase the exchange of culture and sport and strengthen the friendship and skills among the participants of HEC Executive MBA programs, the Golf Tournament provides entrepreneurs and participants of HEC Executive MBA a platform of collaboration and development. This year, we are very happy to announce that the “CCIParis / HEC Paris Cup the 1st Golf Tournament of World-Renowned Enterprises in China” will be organized in Shanghai this coming October.
This Golf Tournament is initiated to promote entrepreneurship, exchange golf skills, and discuss business opportunities and the collaborative development between China, France and the world and to respond positively to the call of the General Administration of Sport and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions for more in-depth promotion and popularization of this sport. For this Golf Tournament first time supported by CCIP and HEC Paris, we will be very honored to invite the French Consul General as well as the VIP guests from such as General Motors, Siemens, Baosteel, COMAC, China Eastern, FUJI XEROX, Yunnan Tian’an Chemical, China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation and SAIC Group etc. More than 100 participants are expected to register in the match. The assistance of various media services will also be part of the activity, dozens of media coverage in terms of print, network and television will be involved in the entire event.

Units:
World-renowned enterprises and top Chinese 500 companies in China
Entry:
1. Leader/coach and 3 players for each tea, 1 or 2 teams for each unit. Must be CEO of each unit.
2. Must be amateur player (the highest handicap shall not exceed 24)
Means:
1. Team Competition :
Three competitors, 18 holes for team competition for strokes. The competitor who has the fewest strokes is in the fore of the name rank. If the competitors have the same score, the competitor who has the fewest stroke of the in-course is in the fore of the name rank, and the like.
2. Individual Competition:
For the first prize (Gross), if the competitors have the same score the competitor who has the fewest stroke of the in-course is in the fore of the name rank; if still same, it will be decided on count back, commencing in reverse order from 18th hole. The competitor who has the fewest strokes is in the fore of the name rank. For the first-sixth prize (Net), if the competitors have the same score, the competitor who has the smallest handicap by handicapping system of New New Peoria is in the fore of the name rank; if still same, it will be decided on a count back, commencing in reverse order from 18th hole. The competitor who has the fewest strokes is in the fore of the name rank.
Rules :
The Rules of Golf as approved by China Golf Association and local rules as approved by the Competition Department oft his organization are adopted.
Award:
Team Competition: Champion, Runner-up, Third place.
Individual Competition: first prize (Gross), first-sixth Prize (Net), Longest Drive (1), Nearest To the Pin (1).

2. 3000 RMB entry fee will be charged for each team with 3 team members (including green fee, caddy fee, cart fee, beverage, souvenir and the banquet).
