We are proud to annonce that HEC Paris Executive Education will join China Resources Power Holdings Co.,Ltd. (CPR) from June 21 to June 23 in Shenzhen to deliver a special custom program on "Leadership".

Professor Randall P. White from HEC Paris will discuss factors that distinguish successful/effective leaders from less successful leaders with a focus on practicing various styles of leadership—command and control, empowerment, and difficult learning. He will also discuss the transitions leaders experience as they rise through the ranks and the importance of learning, growth, and change in developing leadership skills.

The course will help senior executives and managers from CPR to:

• Explore definitions of leadership
• Understand that leadership is behavioral
• Explore behaviors that effective leaders utilize
• Explore leadership behaviors utilized by each attendee
   

Plenary session lectures, discussions, case studies and group work will fulfill three whole days of activities. It will be CPR's first time to experience the most advanced management insights from Europe's best business school.
