What is Triple Accreditation? Does HEC Paris have triple accreditation?

Triple Accreditation is a term meaning that a business school has been accredited by the three largest business school accreditation associations. Each association assesses different aspects of a business school. For instance, AMBA looks specifically at the MBA, whereas EQUIS looks at all aspects of management training and development, whether undergraduate or postgraduate focused. Generally speaking, the AACSB and EQUIS accreditation take the most wide-ranging view of a particular institution, whereas AMBA looks more at particular aspects of the teaching curriculum and focus more the evaluation of MBA programs.

• AACSB - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business
• AMBA - The Association of MBAs
• EQUIS - European Quality Improvement System

Of the 3900 business schools, only 34 have triple accreditation and HEC Paris is one of these 34 business schools.
