Michel Roger

Michel Roger is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Céramique Industrielle and master of business administration of the School of Industrial Management of Purdue University (USA). In 1967 he graduated from the CPA (today HEC Executive MBA). In 1989, he was appointed CEO of Arjo Wiggins Specialty Papers. (Near $1 billion annual revenues). Arjo Wiggins was the 8th largest paper manufacturer in the world and the world leader in specialty paper. He held also positions as director in boards of several companies to support the UK 3i private equity investments. Since 1978 he has been professor in the HEC Paris Executive MBA program. From 2003 to 2006 he founded and was head of the Education Centre of the French Corporate Governance Institute (Institut Français des Administrateurs). Professor Roger was appointed as the coordination director of HEC Paris EMBA China program in March 2008.
