After servicing in large companies like Bouygues for nearly 17 years, I founded the Avance Industrial Consultants Inc. in 2004 for China's enterprises on infrastructure construction. My civil engineering undergraduate (France Luqiao 84 graduate) and HEC Paris MBA education background gave me a wealth of expertise and the operational capability of globalization business when I am looking to build customer’s technical solutions needed.

As the first batch of China's science and engineering students abroad coming to France in the the late 1970s, I witnessed and experienced the development of China's huge changes, especially in Shanghai, no matter what you are willing to serve large enterprises or to start their own businesses, you will find opportunities and stage for yourself as the HEC graduates.
