The HEC EMBA China program is presented under the auspices of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and is internationally accredited and recognized by the French Ministry of Education. It is open to participants coming from the private sector and MNCs. It is a joint programme between HEC Paris and Zhejiang University.
The HEC Executive MBA China program has been developed to strengthen the technical expertise and leadership skills of Executives in China to stimulate economic development and facilitate further integration into the world economy.
The Executive MBA is a practical, generalist program providing a set of fundamental tools and skills for experienced managers who wish to add both breadth and depth to their knowledge. The EMBA enables the participant to learn not only from the faculty but also from the other participants, who bring to the classroom a wealth of practical business experience from a wide spectrum of industries and management functions. It provides a unique opportunity for participants to acquire the skills and global vision they require to successfully lead their organizations through challenging landscapes.

The admissions process for the HEC Executive MBA China program is rigorous. Only those individuals who demonstrate exceptional professional accomplishment and the potential to be drivers of reform within their organization are selected. Participants are approved by the training center of the SASAC.

Participation in the program is intended for managers who fulfill the following criteria:Hold at least a Bachelor degree, in any subject
- Have a minimum of 8 years professional experience, 5 years in a managerial position
- A working knowledge of English is recommended
- Be supported by their company (be provided the time necessary to participate in the program).

Major
Develop special competence in a particular area of your choice.
Each Major is composed of two one-week sessions conducted in different countries.

By mixing participants from the various tracks of the EMBA, the Majors provide an excellent opportunity to study and network with classmates coming from a wide variety of backgrounds in different parts of the world.
The Majors will allow you to:

General Information:
60 hours.
English is the language of instruction for all Majors. Only the Major of Entrepreneurship & Innovation is delivered with simultaneous translation of Chinese.
Each Major welcomes participants from all tracks, encouraging exposure and networking.
Each Major has two one-week sessions fixed in May and October.
Each session has a 5-day schedule, for a total of 10 days per Major.
Each Major comprises a mixture of academic lectures, company visits and relevant cultural components.
